We are excited to announce our school executive has been selected to attend the 2016 Education Symposium: Future reform Directions for NSW, an invitation that is only offered to twelve schools across government, Catholic and Independent schools.
The invitation to the symposium is a collaboration of this year's outstanding NAPLAN results with Year 3 being above state average across the NAPLAN bands, the remarkable growth from Year 3 to Year 5, and Year 5 to Year 7. These results are contributed to our inclusion with the Early Action for Success program that has seen amazing growth with all students across Early Stage 1 to Stage 2 and the innovation of future teaching programs across all grades.
We have been asked to showcase how our school has identified need for intervention, what interventions we have chosen /implemented and what lessons we have developed for making personalised and differentiated learning work for our teachers and students.
It is wonderful for our students and staff to be recognised in this way as reinforcement that our innovative programs, outstanding professional staff and the enthusiasm for knowledge our students have are generating such outstanding results.
